Robert F. Montgomery:  As an associate of Peak Enterprise Solutions, Bob is currently a principal with Manufacturing Management Associates, Inc., a manufacturing management consulting firm.  As a consultant for over 25 years, he has assisted numerous clients in many different industries and has been involved in Business Systems Implementation, Performance Improvement, Process Innovation, and Strategic Business Planning. Prior to consulting, Bob worked in manufacturing for 18 years where he was involved in manufacturing, materials, and executive positions in both large multi-plant corporations and small companies. He held the positions of Production Inventory Control Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Materials, Executive Vice President, and President. He has been involved with The American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), a resource management organization, for over 30 years and has been a member of the Chicago Chapter Board of Directors, President of the Chicago Chapter and Chairman of the National Small Manufacturing Special Interest Group. He was also a recent member of the APICS Education and Research Foundation Board of Directors. Bob has a degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University, as well as an MBA from Loyola University, and is certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society with both the CPIM and CSCP certifications.
