Bradford U. Staats:  As the owner of Peak Enterprise Solutions, Brad's role as a consultant is to assist clients in changing their business processes in order to increase the value of their organizations and make them more competitive and successful.  By approaching assignments from a business process point of view, he works to understand the client’s business needs and develops solutions and improvements that help the organization be more effective. In addition to 10 years of business consulting, project management and systems implementation experience, Brad has retail management experience and more than 16 years in the steel industry where he held both plant level and corporate positions in Operations Planning Management. In these roles, he was involved in material flow management, tactical planning, detail scheduling, inventory management, order management and customer service. Brad received his undergraduate degree in Administrative Management from the University of Arkansas and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at DePaul University. He has taught undergraduate classes at the collegiate level and has earned the CPIM designation through the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
