Lean On-Site Education Program

The Lean Enterprise Implementation curriculum includes the specifics needed to implement Lean Enterprise principles throughout the entire organization. This hands-on education and training program is a great way for a company to start down the path to Lean in order to eliminate waste and add value to the organization. This curriculum has been approved for use in Indiana Training Acceleration Grants (TAG) due to our partnership with the Apprentice Academy of South Bend and Vincennes University. Participants in this program can also qualify for college credit in the Vincennes' Business and Industry Division program "Special Instruction - Advanced Manufacturing".
